Welcome to my “details” page. This is where I’ll share a bit about how I work, my rates, scheduling, and other relevant details. If you have any questions after reading this page, please head to my contact page and reach out to me. I’m happy to answer your questions.

Sessions

The integration process is unique to each client and varies widely from session to session. For this reason, a spacious container that allows us the room to adapt and respond to your changing needs provides the most safety and support.

When you schedule with me you’ll select a two hour block of time for our session. You’ll be paying for the container of time and for the service I’m providing within that container. A typical session lasts between one and two hours, and the most common length is around 90 minutes. Occasionally a process can be completed in less than an hour, or may extend to the full two hours.

It’s important to understand that the amount of time we spend doesn’t impact the effectiveness of the work. It simply reflects the unique needs of the aspects of your psyche we’re working with during that session.

In the rare event that the work requires more than two hours, I’ll find an appropriate place to “bookmark” the process and we’ll continue in another session. Out of respect for both our needs, I won’t go beyond two hours in any one session.

Rates

I charge $300 per session (up to 2 hours).

I offer one space for sliding scale payment in my practice and it’s currently full. Please contact me if you’d like to be added to my waiting list.

I don’t offer discount packages. I value the freedom and simplicity that a “session by session” model provides. Client needs vary widely and I like to keep my work as flexible and customizable as possible. I don’t require a minimum number of sessions and you’re free to work with me only once or as often as you like. I trust the unique timeline of your personal process as well as your financial needs.

Payment

I accept payment in cash, check, or credit or debit card. I process credit card payments through Square which is connected to my scheduling system.

Payment must be made in full before the session begins.

Insurance

While I am a licensed therapist, the work I’m offering here is separate and distinct from mental health counseling and does not fall within the boundaries of my license. Intuitive Integration is considered an “experimental approach” and is not covered by insurance.

How I work

I work primarily over the phone (voice only) or in person at my office in Deming, Washington. I find video connections to be unreliable and often result in frequent disconnections which is not supportive to the work.

Everyone’s support needs are different and I welcome contact and updates between sessions by email, phone, text, or audio text. I want to hear how you’re doing, the status of your process, and how you’re managing your emotional self care.

Free consultation

We’ll start with a phone conversation to get to know each other and determine if we’d work well together. This call is free of charge.

I want to assure you that I’ll never give you a sales pitch or pressure you into working with me.

This work is very deep and vulnerable. It’s important that we have a comfortable connection and that you feel safe with me.

We’ll talk as long as necessary to get to know each other, understand each other’s needs, and gather enough information for you to discern whether or not you would benefit from my work, and for me to discern whether or not I can help you.
