Be where you are

The world we live in makes it very hard to stay in the present moment. The here and now is full of distractions and uncertainty which lead us to feel unsafe and out of control. In the face of these feelings, we may be tempted to reach forward into the future and push for the outcome we want. Other times we may want to hold back and resist the natural unfolding of our lives out of fear of what’s to come.

I invite you to breathe deeply, be where you are, and allow yourself the fullness of this extraordinary moment. Be present with it and let it carry you easily and gracefully into the next moment, and the next, and the next.
